This delightful cottage sits within a courtyard at the entrance to the estate, adjacent to the road. This property comprises an outdoor picnic area and inside an open plan dining and living area with television, DVD player and radio/CD player, leading through to the kitchen area with dishwasher. Upstairs there is a newly fitted bathroom with a bath with mixer taps and shower head attachment, and newly carpeted double bedroom and twin bedroom.  Please note that both bedrooms and the bathroom have sloping ceilings.

This is a lovely and cosy property that enjoys access to the beautiful woodland estate filled with many birds and animals. Enjoy the walk down the picturesque drive to the private jetty and lake shore and you will be able to take in the views across the lake to the hills beyond.
