This charming and spacious cottage nestles between two other cottages, within woodland, near the entrance to the estate. Turning left in the entrance hall will lead to a large, open plan living, kitchen and dining area with patio doors that open onto a raised area with picnic table. This is an ideal place to view the many birds that visit. The living room features an open fire as well as television, DVD player and radio/CD/iPod player. The newly fitted kitchen includes cooker and dishwasher.

Turning right in the entrance hall will take you to the master bedroom, complete with washstand and double bed. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs you will find two twin bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom with shower and hand basin. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers or dressing tables, and bedside tables, providing ample storage.

There are beautiful views from every window and the private, fifty-acre estate provides ample space to wander at leisure, while the half mile estate drive invites you down to the jetty and lake shore.
