This lovely, spacious cottage sits at the very end of a short row of three cottages, near the entrance to the estate. The wooden floored entrance hall leads into a large, open plan dining and living room that includes an open fire, comfy chairs and sofas, television, DVD player and radio/CD player, along with dining table and chairs. Beyond this you will find a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and patio doors leading onto a raised walkway that includes a picnic table. This is a beautiful place to eat and enjoy identifying the many birds that visit.

The stairs lead up from the open plan living area to a newly fitted bathroom with shower and hand basin, as well as newly fitted but separate toilet. There is a master bedroom with double bed, dressing table and wardrobe as well as a twin bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers.

All windows provide delightful views and many of our guests enjoy walking down the half mile woodland drive, spotting deer and other wildlife on their way to the jetty and lake shore.
