This delightful and spacious semi-detached cottage sits at the entrance to the estate. The property, which has gas central heating throughout, comprises open porch leading to a tiled entrance hall with coat hooks. Left from the hall you will find the spacious dining room complete with open fire and beyond this a newly appointed kitchen with dishwasher. From the kitchen you may go outside the courtyard, which includes picnic table and coal storage.

Turning right from the entrance hall will take you through the charming living room, complete with open fire, comfy chairs and sofas, television and DVD player to the staircase.

Upstairs there is a newly fitted shower room complete with hand basin and toilet as well as a second, newly fitted bathroom, also with hand basin and toilet. All bedrooms include bedside tables and wardrobes, providing ample space for holiday items. There is a master bedroom with double bed, a second, twin bedroom and two separate single bedrooms.

All windows provide woodland views and the private, fifty acre estate provides wonderful space for families to roam. The half mile walk down to the main house, lake shore and jetty is a favourite walk for many of our guests.
