This is a beautifully spacious ground floor apartment situated at the south end of the house, overlooking the lake. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a very large open plan living room with kitchen and dining areas, as well as three en-suite bedrooms. The living room has double aspects; towards both the lake and the gardens, with our boathouse in the distance; and the lake view windows also include french doors that guests can use as a private exit to the lake.

The master bedroom has a super king bed with en-suite bath and shower facilities and enjoys wonderful lake views. The second and third bedrooms enjoy garden views and en-suite shower facilities. These two garden room beds can be arranged as super king beds or split to create two single beds per room.
